Each employee has an annual budget to spend on Health and Wellness. This can include health cover, gym membership & anything else related to your wellbeing.
We love celebrating and eating lots of cake, but we encourage all employees to take the day off for their birthday. (paid, of course)
GrowthOps believes it is important to support new parents during an exciting and important time. We have a paid parental leave policy for both primary and secondary carers. This is in addition to any entitlement staff have to government funded programmes.
