Chatime’s rapid growth across Asia had resulted in a fragmented, inconsistent brand from region to region. Our challenge was to unite the brand, across 1600 stores in 32 countries and grow the global brand to be a bubble tea leader.

We created a system of modular components to allow regional Brand Managers to control and customise content, structure and messaging. It facilitated a globally consistent online presence while allowing each region to create completely unique page layouts.
