Group Director, Einstein
John Cosgrove is Group Director of GrowthOps’ Salesforce Einstein practice, and a passionate advocate for data democracy and data-driven work. He is a recognised leader in the design of intelligent CRM systems that embrace the confluence of big data technology, cloud application layers, mobility, and the growing imperative to compete on the quality of human connections.
Prior to joining GrowthOps, John led the first Salesforce intelligence practice established worldwide at Cloud Sherpas. Following their acquisition by Accenture, John was the Accenture Global Lead for Salesforce Einstein Analytics, working with Fortune 500 companies on the adoption of the next generation of AI platforms.
He first developed his theories and passion for ‘data democracy’ while working with state and federal governments to drive better grass-roots skills planning through carefully developed data and insight publications and campaigns. He advocates that while there is always a role for the ‘ivory tower’ approach to reporting, grass-roots individual engagement with insights is the way to shift the mindset of an entire organisation.
Now, John works exclusively with organisations that want to embed insights directly into end-user workflows and put data in the hands of every employee in a way that is engaging and seamlessly part of their daily work lives.
John holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) from QUT, and is widely published on analytics, artificial intelligence, CRM and Cloud BI topics.
